Mary Queen of Angels Adoration Chapel Requesting a Sub
 
The Adoration Committee sends warm and earnest thanks to the 124 adorers who have signed up to be substitutes.  For any given hour, there are between 34 – 77 people who have agreed to be contacted.  Praised be Jesus Christ!  Please do your best to keep your adoration commitment, but below are brief notes on the substitute process.  
 
We recommend first checking with adorers who share an hour with you, or are arriving one hour before or one hour after you.  You may also have your own personal short list of contacts with whom you have made private arrangements.  If they substitute for you, you do not need to do anything else.  They can check in as a substitute for you on the kiosk.  
 
If you cannot find somebody to fill in for you, then please login to We Adore Him, visit your dashboard, click on the “Request a Substitute” button and confirm your request in the pop-up box.  A message states that you are responsible for your hour, but if the system cannot find a substitute, an adoration committee member who is an administrator with We Adore Him will be notified to take action.  
 
Please make your request far enough in advance that the automated system can work to find a substitute on your behalf.  We Adore Him begins contacting subs one week before the hour and cannot work with less than 6 hours notice.  The more advanced the notice, the better - some subs regularly scan the schedule and register with We Adore Him to fill the need further ahead than one week.
 
The site will go live the morning of Saturday, June 4^th, when this feature can begin.  A heartfelt thank you to ALL adorers.  Be bold in spreading the word about this blessed ministry!  The fruits of it will be experienced within individuals, families, parishes, our communities at large and elsewhere.
